HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTS

To complete the process, you will need to submit the original document to us.


  • After submitting your online order, deliver your original document(s), along with the order confirmation sheet that the online system provides, via delivery services such as United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, DHL or UPS to Apostille Pinoy, 2471 Naglee Rd., Ste 100, #1111, Tracy, 953409, USA.
  • For Australia, Germany, Singapore, Netherlands and Philippines, we will provide you the address where to deliver your original document(s) once your order online is confirmed.


Please make a separate online request for each country where you will be presenting your document(s).


To ensure that the final apostille or legalization is processed as quickly as possible, we encourage you to upload a digital copy of your document(s), in order for us to review at no cost. If for some reason there is a problem uploading the document(s), please email send us an email at hello@apostillepinoy.com along with your name and contact information.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

*Apostille - appropriate for documents that are to be used in the countries that have signed the Hague Apostille Convention or the Apostille Treaty of 1961.

*Legalization or Authentication - appropriate for documents that are to be used in the countries that have not signed the Convention; and is processed at the Foreign Office or Embassy or Consulate of the country in which the document will be used.
