We will send you an email with a copy of the Authorization Letter or Special Power of Attorney that you need to sign, and ask you to upload copies of (a) your valid government ID bearing your signature and (b) type of document you need to be apostille or send us the necessary information about the type of document.

Different documents have different Apostille requirements, such documents issued by:
( a ) Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)/National Statistics Office (NSO) i.e., Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, CENOMAR of Certificate of Singleness, and Death Certificate, which must all be PSA/NSO-authenticated.
( b ) Land Transportation Office (LTO), i.e. Driver's License needs a Certification from the LTO.
( c ) Schools/Universities, i.e., Transcript of Records, Diplomas, Certificate of Enrollment, Honorable Dismissal, Transfer of Credentials, Course Descriptions, and Certified True Copies of documents issued by these Schools/Universities.
( d ) Criminal/Civil/Administrative Clearances, i.e. NBI or PNP which must be original.
( e ) Hospitals/Clinics, i.e. Medical Certificate needs a Certification issued by the Department of Health (DOH).
( f ) Notarized documents, i.e. Special Power of Attorney, Extra-Judicial Settlement Agreement, etc. require a Certificate of Authority for a Notarial Act (CANA) issued by the appropriate Regional Trial Court.
